1. General Terms
   • These terms and conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by Elegante 360 Photobooth.
   • The company operates under the jurisdiction of South African law.
   • Our services are available exclusively in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and neighboring areas.

 

2. Bookings and Payments
   • All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee.
   • The remaining balance is payable no later than 48 hours before the event.
   • Failure to settle the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event to qualify for a refund of the balance (excluding the deposit).
   • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the event day or for no-shows.

 

4. Client Responsibilities
   • The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has adequate space and accessibility for the setup and operation of the equipment.
   • Any damages to the equipment caused by guests during the event will be charged to the client.
   • The client must ensure the event area is safe and secure for our team and equipment.

 

5. Company Responsibilities
   • Elegante 360 Photobooth will provide trained staff to set up, operate, and dismantle the equipment.
   • The company reserves the right to refuse service if the venue or conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
   • In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, the company will either reschedule the booking or issue a refund at its discretion.

 

6. Limitations of Liability
   • Elegante 360 Photobooth is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as power outages, extreme weather, or venue restrictions.
   • While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for missed or incomplete recordings due to guest behaviour or unforeseen issues.

 

7. Service Area
   • Services are available exclusively in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and neighbouring areas. Additional charges may apply for locations outside these areas, subject to the company’s discretion.

 

8. Governing Law
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African legal proceedings.
